Corporate Chaplaincy

 

Purpose:

 

To provide assistance to employers who are concerned about the emotional, social and spiritual health of their employees.

Many people today do not have any relationship with a church or organized religious groups. Often people are under much stress and their personal lives take a backseat to their schedules within the workplace. Yet, they bring stresses from work to home and from home to work. Actually, emotional baggage which they carry affects the workplace as well as their home, making employees unproductive and home life unhappy.

 

A Crisis Care Chaplain (CCC) will be very effective in:

 

Building Relationships:

We will meet with employees and their immediate families to discuss family and workplace relations.

 

Pastoral Counselling/Services:

Whatever the scope of a family’s problem or concern, CCC has a network of caring people that can be of support. CCC can act as a coordinator/referral for Specialized Counselling such as but not limited to: Marriage Counselling, Serious Illnesses, Death and Dying, Conflict Resolution, Sexual Harassment, Stress Management.

 

Our Chaplain is also available for:

Weddings: assist with pre-marriage Counselling, Officiate at weddings

Hospital Visits: CCC will make Hospital Visits on behalf of the employer

Funeral Services: CCC will help with coordinating Funeral Services as well as follow-up with family to help them cope with their grief

Notification Team: CCC can join the Notification Team and notify a family of their loved one death in a job related incident or who      died on the job of natural causes
